Processing time
Once orders are made you can usually expect them to be shipped withing1-5 working days.
If a product is out of stock please contact us to pre-order.

Delivery

at F+L we tr to keep shipping costs down for you so we use Australia Post regular parcel delivery within Australia. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. This option is untracked, if you would like to keep up tp date with your items journey please upgrade to tracked postage.
Yes, we do ship worldwide.  In the case of overseas orders tracking is not provided but can be upon request only. Contact us prior to checkout, although postage prices will vary. We can arrange the most suitable quote once requested.

Care Instructions


We recommend all garments be cared for in a delicates bag on cold wash.

Please ensure all garments are in working condition before each use.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds are accepted, only if the item is faulty or not matching description provided. We aim to avoid this scenario by answering any questions you have prior to purchase. Please also bear in mind, postage/return postage will not be refunded. We have a policy of 14 day return time once order is received, and must be in original condition. Tags must be entact and item must be unworn. goods that are damaged or stained after delivery, will not be refunded. Felix and Leopold have the right to refuse refunds and exchanges if we feel this is the case. No cash refunds will be issued.

We understand sizing can sometimes be difficult for little ones, so we do offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving order as long as the product is undamaged, unworn and tags are attached. Please contact us if this is the case to discuss turn over time and available stock. If a product is SOLD OUT, we can arrange an alternative upon further discussion.

Postage Liability:

Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover costs for all returns and exchanges. Once a product is shipped, it becomes the customers responsibility. Follow up concerns with Australia Post. We cannot refund/exchange lost items in the mail.

Privacy:
All customer information is confidential and will be kept that way. Any information provided to us by customers will only be used by Felix and Leopold for the purpose of purchasing and shipping.

Be mindful:
Please note when shopping with Felix and Leopold that we are a small, intimate team. We aim to have orders out on time and to get back to all enquiries promptly.

Items:
If item descriptions are not clear, do not hesitate to ask any questions. We try to add various photos of products to be able represent its true colours and textures. Dimensions are available upon request. Prices and stock are subject to change at any given time.
